IHACA
IHACA connects certified Hope Alive counsellors from around the world. It is jointly responsible with Mount Joy College for quality assurance and ongoing supervision and training. IHACA collaborates with Mount Joy College to run an annual international conference and public lectures.
Started in 1992 by Dr. Philip Ney, HURTS is a registered Canadian Charity that seeks to expand the horizons of all young people and facilitate personal and social growth through sail training and wilderness adventures. HURTS’ vision is to see rehabilitation and growth for all youth who struggle with addictions, mental health conflicts, and the breakdown of families.
